Buckley Log Show

We spent Sunday with my newly married sister and her husband.  Started with breakfast at our favorite spot in Enumclaw, The Kettle and then onto BUckley for their annual Log Show.  It was our first time attending and almost the first appearnce the sun has made so needless to say we were ill prepared.  Shoulda, coulda, woulda.....packed sunscreen, waters, snacks, wore a different outfit and shoes.  The street fair and vendor selection was a bit lame and cheesy.  Once the show started it was entertaining and there was no shortage of people watching.  Although I wouldn't make this a yearly tradition just yet I would recommend to others.  Plus it was free.

Timber the Mascot.

Ready, Set, Go. Vertical climb up, this guy was so fast.

Ax Throw. (Can you see the ax?)

How cute is this?  Didn't know this little man, but he was so cute standing at the fence intently watching.

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend!  We are getting ready to welcome, Josie's cousin, Dakota from California here.  She will be staying a week with us.  We are also celebrating Josie's new job at Subway and her boyfriend's (Jay's best friend) Connor's 17th birthday.  Keep checking back for my first blog will be coming in the next week or so.
