Rainbow Shish-Ka-Bobs

Josie graciously washed, diced and organized all the fruit in preperation for skewering to begin. 

Here she is figuring out the rainbow order of the fruit.  Her cousin, Dakota is baking the Snickerdoodle Cupcakes.

After: All the fruit kabobs ready for transit and the mountain of bowls to wash. 

Final product.  What do you think?  It was a huge hit!  I would definitely make these again.  It was easy to prepare and to make, plus the presentation is appealing to all.

Here are all the cupcakes we made and they are sitting on the 4 tiered cake stand that my friends found a few weekends ago.  Do you remember seeing that?
