sassy water


This is my new way of drinking water and lots of it. It is very light, refreshing and very fragrant.  We call it Sassy Water, a few of my co-workers drink this concoction and now I am passing it onto you. 



1 cucumber sliced
1 lemon sliced
Mint leaves
grated or chopped ginger

Add all in water pitcher with ice.  Best if made the night before, my large Rubbermaid pitcher usually lasts 2 days, then time to make another batch.
